We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and take a key role in designing comprehensive, scalable and business‑aligned Salesforce solutions.

Duties

Designing comprehensive solution architectures on the Salesforce platform in accordance with business requirements and best practices
Ensuring architectural consistency across the entire system environment

Conducting analytical activities, including requirements clarification, business analysis, and workshops with stakeholders
Translating business needs into system functionalities and explaining system limitations in a way that is understandable to the business
Preparing architectural documentation, implementation guidelines, and functional specifications for the implementation team
Supporting project estimation, roadmap planning, and defining the scope of work
Identifying architectural and process risks and proposing mitigation measures
Providing ongoing support to project teams in solution design and system configuration

Required skills

At least 3 years of experience in roles related to Salesforce architecture or solution design
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Core Cloud
Very good knowledge of Salesforce design principles, platform limitations, the security model, automation tools, and data architecture.
Experience in designing and documenting system integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, batch processes).
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and conduct workshops and requirements analysis
Strong analytical skills
Very good command of Polish (spoken and written)
