We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our team and take a key role in designing comprehensive, scalable and business‑aligned Salesforce solutions.

Duties
  • Designing end‑to‑end architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensuring architectural consistency across the entire system landscape, especially within marketing automation and integrations.
  • Designing customer journeys, data models, segmentation strategies and automation processes in Marketing Cloud.
  • Conducting analysis activities, including requirements clarification, business discovery and workshops with stakeholders. 
  • Translating business needs into system functionalities and explaining system constraints in a business‑friendly way. 
  • Preparing architectural documentation, implementation guidelines and functional specifications for the delivery team. 
  • Supporting estimation processes, planning development roadmaps and defining project scope. 
  • Identifying architectural and process‑related risks at an early stage and proposing mitigation strategies. 
  • Providing ongoing support to the project team in matters related to solution design and configuration. 
  • Helping to create marketing automation strategies tailored to clients’ business goals.
  • Participating in pre-sales activities by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to prospective clients.
Required skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform in roles related to solution design/architecture.
  • Practical experience in designing Marketing Cloud solutions and working on delivery projects.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • marketing processes and marketing automation technologies,
    • salesforce design principles, limitations and data architecture,
    • segmentation, personalization and journey orchestration.
  • Experience in designing and documenting system integrations (API, middleware, event‑based integrations, batch processes). 
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and lead requirement refinement sessions.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
  • Ability to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation. 
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
