Salesforce Core Technical Architect (French-speaking)

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Core Technical Architect to join our team and take a key role in designing comprehensive, scalable and business‑aligned Salesforce solutions. 
Duties
  • Design and evolve scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business needs, enterprise standards, and best practices.
  • Act as the lead technical architect, ensuring architectural consistency across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert technology consulting and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead integration design and implementation between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Prepare architectural documentation, technical guidelines, and functional specifications for delivery teams.
  • Support project estimations, solution roadmaps, and strategic planning activities.
  • Identify architectural, technical, and process risks, defining mitigation and optimization plans.
  • Manage technical debt and drive continuous platform modernization and improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee solution security, governance, and quality standards across the application landscape.
  • Promote DevOps best practices, deployment automation, and efficient application lifecycle management.
  • Partner with business, delivery, and sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery and business value realization.
  • Mentor technical teams and provide guidance in solution design, configuration, and complex problem solving.
Required skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Core Cloud, including solution design principles, security model, automation capabilities, and data architecture.
  • Experience in designing and documenting system integrations using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and batch processing.
  • Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and complex multi-system environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations with SAP and other enterprise platforms.
  • Good understanding of application security, enterprise architecture, and technology governance principles.
  • Experience managing technical debt and driving technology modernization initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and application lifecycle management.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, perform business analysis, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead architectural and strategic discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to act as a trusted advisor, building credibility and guiding clients through technology decisions.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting technical teams in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural organizations.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and French (C1/C2).
  • Experience working with French-speaking clients and projects within the French market is preferred.
