Duties

Participating in analytical and implementation projects using Salesforce technologies (particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Configuring the Salesforce platform for client‑specific implementation needs.
Analyzing client requirements and gathering business needs.
Taking part in R&D initiatives and projects.
Preparing presentations for client meetings.
Co‑creating project documentation.
Supporting the sales team.

Required skills

Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of business consultant.
Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
History of work with clients.
Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
The ability to create and present slideshows.
Analytical and conceptual thinking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to make new contacts.
Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality and good organization of work.
